ACTIVITY TESTING

Our Technical Services department works closely with the refiner to plan the catalyst activity testing. Key points discussed during this planning process include:

• Each test is typically run for 10 - 14 days.
• Each reactor sample is 48 cc.
• Refiners may choose to provide their own feedstock.
• Refiners may choose to modify test protocols. (This will need to be discussed with PCTC personnel and changes must be within the capabilities of the test equipment.)
• Porocel maintains strict confidentiality for all activity tests, test protocols and test results. Upon completion of the test, a confidential report is sent to the refiner.
